I'm heading up to New England this weekend with a friend. Fun times:) I'm super excited to have a kid-free weekend and get my seafood on.
Of course shopping will be included (even if it is just window shopping!)
We might take a tour of this little shack.

Gonna hit up the beach. (I'm really hoping to find some driftwood for a project I have in mind. I should clarify--I'm hoping to find some free driftwood. Maybe some remote beach somewhere will have a bunch?? Keep your fingers crossed, would ya?)
All while enjoying the sights that are oh-so New England-y.
What are you up to this weekend? Any big plans? I'm really hoping to come home to a finished (or at least started) stairwell. We have a plan (eek!) and Mitch got some supplies last night...can't wait to show you guys! So whatever your plans are, hope you have a fantastic weekend:)

There's something so magical and calming about those white chairs set up by water, I always see them, and I just want to go sit and read a book in one, haha! Hope you have a great time!
ReplyDeleteSounds like so much fun, hope you find tons of driftwood!!! I've never been to New England but have always wanted to go. We are hoping to take a big fam jam trip there next year for my parent's 60th bdays. You'll have to give me some tips. We are headed to Texas in a couple of days, not as exciting as your trip.
ReplyDeleteHave fun in RI. I live in CT but have never been to the Breakers. I think my mom went once. It looks so pretty. And the Chowdah looks so yummy!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are heading to my neck of the woods. I live in RI. Thanks for showcasing it so well! It is a pretty little state. Make sure to have some clam cakes with that chowder!
