As many of you already know, Goodwill is one of my favorite places to shop. One thing I love most about shopping there is that you can almost always find good, quality linens for cheap. I stopped in a few weeks ago at my local GW and found these two Pottery Barn shams for $1 each. I knew the color was perfect for my current bedding and shoot, for $1, I thought it was worth the splurge. While they are standard shams (maybe even king sized ones), I stuffed my Euro pillows inside and they look great. Work with what ya got!
AND they even have a feathered friend on them:)
I know linens can be expensive so I encourage you to check out your local thrift shop if you want to spice things up in the bedroom...um...maybe not the right choice of words there...
They can bring a nice (inexpensive) change to your decor!
And I just want to say thank you for reading my blog! I appreciate your support and interest in our goings on here at the Hertzler house:)
Salvation Army is my go-to thrift store; so much furniture for dirt cheap; most of which can be fixed up with a coat of paint and new hardware :)
ReplyDeleteMan you are the queen of thrift shop linens. Now I am wanting to leave work and go look for some new bedding or curtains. ha. Room looks great!
