Almost Forgot...

The wall behind the pendant has looked like that for about a year now. Two paint colors--on the left is Ben Moore Titanium and the right is Martha Stewart Whetstone Gray. I'm fixing that today--it's all Ben Moore Titanium (same as the LR and our soon-to-be dining room).  And the trim is Behr Swiss Coffee, which is getting a fresh coat as well.

And check it out--I even patched a deep gouge that was on the window sill with some wood filler. That's right. Bring it on, This Old House.

At this rate, we'll have our Roman shade hung by week's end!
