Did You Know?

This is totally random but has been on my mind lately--did you know that you can spell the word cancelled with either one l or two. Either way is correct. But don't you think it just looks better with two l's? I certainly do. Seriously, which would you rather use--canceled (boo!) or cancelled (yay!)? Random. Yeah, I know. Well here's some pics of pretty laundry rooms (another thing that's been on my mind lately) for you to gawk at. (actually it's so that you don't think I've completely fallen off my rocker.)

I know this is a kitchen, but I can totally see it as a laundry room.

Great idea for storing away those annoying laundry baskets.

Another random--do you follow me on Pinterest? You can. It won't hurt, I promise. They have lots of cool (and random) things on there like this.

And you know I'm all about randomness.

  1. I have always thought the opposite about "canceled". LOL

  2. I agree about the 2 l's. I disagree about pinterest, it can hurt when you realize you have wasted all day on there. And you can't afford to go out and buy a new house for all of your pinned projects.

  3. Down Under it is always spelt with a double l. There's another word we spell differently- we use spelt and you use spelled!

  4. Whatadya know? I also prefer cancelled spelled with two 'l's. But then I end up changing it two one 'l' because spell check tells me to. I know, I shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition.

That laundry room with the round mirror on the wall kills me.
