That it's 9:05 AM and Bryce is STILL sleeping.
When my laptop is slow as crap and randomly shuts off.
When Bryce says, "M-m-mo" when he wants some more food. It cracks me up every time.
When Bryce continues to say "M-m-mo" until you actually get him some food. And three seconds later he says it again. It's kinda annoying when you're in the middle of something. But when you have a face like this, I mean really...
This bread. It makes the most delicious toast ever. Pop a slice in the toaster, spread some butter and raw honey love on it and two bites later, you want m-m-mo. Since finding out a few months ago that I have a wheat allergy, I've been eating this with my eggs in the morning. Wheat? Pshh...who needs it?
These dang squirrels that have attacked my bird feeder. And my sunflowers. And my sanity. Mitch bought this trap weeks ago and here's one of those dang squirrels craftily sneaking inside, and coming out with the sunflower seed bait, and eating it--all while laughing at me on the inside and shooting me looks of "HA! I got it anyway," with his beady little eyes. Do you see it? It's on our deck railing.
When we finally caught one. You woulda thought the Flyers had just won the Stanley Cup--I was so excited. I was literally running around the house screaming, "Mitch! Mitch! We got one!!!"
Have no fear--no animal was harmed here. Although I wanted to shoot the dang thing, we let him go in the woods several miles away.
I found this sheep skin that I'm going to use as rugs beside our bed. I've had my eye on this Ikea version but didn't want to spill the $40/rug it cost. Mine is actually two that are stitched together. I'll just cut the stitching, have my two separate rugs and be a happy little camper. And mine cost $18 for the two. Sweet, huh? Oh and talk about soft. Man, are they soft!
That I found some fabric for a big project we're working on. Super pumped about this one! Well, I guess I get excited over pretty much every project, but this is REALLY a good one. Well at least I hope it turns out that way anyway.
That's it for now. Hope you're enjoying your summer. I'm personally lovin' this weather we're having recently. Talk about perfect evenings! Have a love-ly day:)
