What do you think? Are you a fan of the horse head or not so much? I was sorta on the fence myself probably since I knew I couldn't afford one (well...maybe Danielle's) and plus we didn't need one.more.lamp at our house. That is until...





Ugly as sin, right? You know where I'm going with this, don't ya?

 




What can I say--I'm a sucker for a deal. This bad boy was only $3 at my local thrift/antique store. I saw the potential right away and now my horsey friend has a new home in all of his glossy whiteness on a side table in my living room. I'm not sure if I'll keep the shade or swap it out for a drum but in any case, this guy's here to stay.

    Great job! :) I am currently wrapping up some stuff on the computer and heading to my fav local thrift store that has just expanded! WHoo- hoo! ;) Wish me luck!

  3. OH Oh oh! Put some ribbon of some kind around the shade and it would be awesome!
    Oh, and am not a fan of the horse head but apparently they are all the rage. The next time there is a design star thing - you should apply, really!
